What The FLEA! @ *SCAPE is a regular flea market that takes place at the open basement area of the new *SCAPE building in Orchard Road. We can accommodate up to about 110 stalls per event. Our stallholders offer a range of items and services for sale ranging from clothes, accessories, shoes, books, toys, handmade crafts, manicures, tarot card reading and more. If you are looking for an afternoon of lively shopping, great atmosphere and a friendly bunch of people to hang out with, head on down to *SCAPE and have a laugh with us!

If you would like to be a stallholder, please read the details below carefully before submitting your registration:

• All stalls come with:
  • One 3ft x 3ft table
  • Two chairs
• Stallholders are responsible for providing their own display items – clothes racks are not provided
• A standard stall is limited to one clothing rack.
• If you choose not to use any tables at all, (i.e. you will have zero tables) you are allowed to bring a maximum of two clothing racks.
• Extra chairs will be available for rent at the information booth.
• We do not provide additional tables for rent.
• If you require two tables, you will have to book two stalls as an extra table would take up the space of an additional stall.
• You may bring additional chairs, groundsheets, luggages, etc. to display your items provided it does not exceed your allocated stall space of 4ft x 4ft.
• You may share the stall with friends, but please make sure that only a reasonable number of people are involved in manning the stall.
• There is a limited amount of space behind each stall so please take that into consideration when making plans.
• We welcome international vendors to take part! 
• No selling of illegal, pirated, contraband or F&B items allowed.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SALE OF FAKE/PIRATED GOODS ALLOWED. 
• Things like fake cosmetics are a health and safety hazard to everyone.
• If we happen to spot fake goods being sold, we will tell you to remove them so please don’t risk it.
• No electrical power-points available for use.
• Fans and extra lighting are installed by WTFLEA! at every flea market.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. If there are pull-outs or payments missing the deadline, your slot will be given to the next applicant on the list.
2. Booths are only secured upon payment.
3. Any rogue payments (ie. payments made without receiving an email with instructions to do so) will be ignored and no refunds will be made.
4. There will be NO refunds once payment has been made.
• You may carry over your stall booking to any of our future events in such a situation, or delegate a friend/relative to take over your slot if you are unable to attend an event.
5. If you cannot make the event for any reason and you wish to postpone your booking to another date, you must inform us at least 2 days before the event. No refunds or last minute changes in date will be entertained. 
6. Payments can be made by ATM transfer (with receipt), i-banking, cash deposit and Paypal.

From Somerset MRT station, walk towards Cineleisure and cross the road. Once at *Scape, head in the direction of Toast Box and Long John’s Silver. The flea market is located down the short flight of stairs beside Long John’s Silver and 1 level below *Scape Mall. You can also get to the flea market by going down the flight of stairs outside Cheers in *Scape Mall. We are not located at the Youth Park or Skate Park.
